It is a silicone oil used in combination with the pouring effect. This water-based painting medium allows the creation of fluid layers, puddles, and similar effects without altering the structure of acrylic paints, and without cracking or forming air bubbles.

With pouring medium, marbling patterns can be easily created while the paints are still wet.

Once dry, it has a glossy and wet appearance.

The recommended ratio is 2 parts acrylic paint, 2 parts pouring medium, and 1 part water. Depending on the technique used, the amount of water can be increased. It does not contain any harmful substances and complies with CE & EN 71 standards.
