Rigel: Rigel is a water-based, acrylic, more grainy, non-crackin, matte relief paste. It is used on canvas, walls, and hard surfaces to create dimensional effects. It can be applied using a spatula, trowel, stencil, texture art, and free-style techniques. Acrylic paint can be added without altering its consistency, or it can be painted over after drying. It dries within 24 hours depending on its thickness and weather conditions. After drying, it can be sanded.It is produced according to Euro norms (CE and EN71 standards) and is non-toxic.
