Indoor & outdoor formula is moisture & rust resistant. No need for primer & sealer. Superior flow and leveling with durable hard finish. On leather and fabric, dilute the paint. For second layer of glass, wait minimum for 12 hours. Non toxic. Certified by EN 71 & CE.
