Adds enamel to non-porous surfaces for easier painting, better adhesion. Perfect on glass, tile, plastic, tin and candles. . Surfaces should be cleaned first with alcohol and or vinegar. 2 days for drying after application. Hand wash; for decorative purposes only. Cleans up easily with soap and water. Non toxic. Certified by EN 71 & CE.
