Aquaslime DIY Sets - Frequently Asked Questions

1. What are AquaSlime Sets and how are they used?
AquaSlime is a DIY set designed for having fun with children.
First, add 1 liter of room temperature water to a container, then pour in 1 packet of the magic powder and stir until the water becomes completely clear. Then dip the molds into the water and shake off the excess water (this step is important because it helps the slime release from the mold more easily).
Next, fill the molds with colored gels. After filling, dip the molds back into the water and wait for the slimes to form and release from the molds. In about 5–15 minutes, the slimes will be ready to play with.
Do not squeeze the newly made shapes right away, as the gel inside has not yet solidified and they may burst. After 1–2 hours, they will fully set and become like jelly, ready to play with. You can also store and play with them for a few days in clean water. If left out of water, they will shrink and dry out.

2. What does each set contain?
Each set includes 5 colored gels, 4 molds, and 2 packets of magic powder. The Sea Animals Set has 5 molds as an exception.

3. How many powder packets are mixed with water?
1 packet of powder should be mixed with 1 liter of room temperature water. If the water is cold, the powder may not fully dissolve and clumping may occur.

4. Does AquaSlime activate in normal water?
No, without the magic powder or if too much water is used, the desired result will not be achieved.

5. How long should I wait for the slime to release from the mold?
Slime begins to react as soon as it enters the water. If the mold is pre-wetted and excess water removed, the slime will release easily in a few seconds and start to float.

6. How should the AquaSlimes be stored after removal from molds?
They can be stored and played with in clean water for 3–4 days.

7. Can the slimes be played with after being taken out of the water?
Yes, they can be played with for a while. However, if left out, they will shrink and dry over time.

8. How long does the magic water last and can it be reused?
The magic water can be reused as long as it remains clean. It can be stored in a closed container. For hygiene, it’s recommended to prepare fresh water each time.

9. What is the powder used in the water, and can I use acrylic paint instead of gels?
The magic powder activates AquaSlime gels, is non-toxic and safe for children, but should be kept away from the mouth and eyes. AquaSlime is a special product—acrylic paint is not suitable.

10. Can children play with AquaSlime using bare hands?
Yes, they can. The product has EN71/1-2-3 and CE certifications. However, contact with the mouth and eyes should still be avoided.

11. Can colors be mixed together?
Yes, you can use more than one color in the same mold.

12. Are the model sizes permanent?
The models begin to shrink once removed from the water, but after a few hours, they solidify and retain their jelly form.

13. Is this product only for children?
No, it's enjoyable for people of all ages and especially great for school and kids' activities.

14. How many molds can be filled with one bottle?
Approximately 7-10 molds can be filled with one bottle. (Depends on the mold sizes)
