Waterbased, ready to use white, permanent paste that provides a structural matt icy snow effect. This white paste contains coarse particles that creates dimensional look. Can be applied by brush as a thin coat, for dimensional effect use spatula in several layers. Stir well before use. Can be applied to different surfaces. Drying times 1-2 hours. Protect from frost.
